So here is the problem with this entire post. I am not sure if house shoes should be two words or one word, houseshoes. Both ways look wrong, although I think making it all one word looks a little bit more wrong because if you divide the word incorrectly in your mind it winds up being houses hoes, and that’s just plain silly. And it could even be that it is supposed to be hyphenated, like house-shoes, but to me this one simply looks like and a math problem. House – shoes = House without shoes. That’s not right.
Sure, I could just look it up but that seems like cheating. Plus, I am chilled due to the fact that I am sitting in the floor and my aforementioned house shoes have holes in the soles. And what is weird is that each houseshoe has one big hole with two smaller holes above it so that it forms a little surprised face. It’s identical on each house-shoe. What are the odds of that happening? I guess I could look that up too, but would knowing the answer really make me feel any better or warmer?
I am going to speak to an IT class at a local high school tomorrow about what it’s like being super cool and awesome. At least I think that is what they wanted me to talk about. Or maybe it was something about working in the Information Technology field…. and being super cool and awesome. Maybe I can corner an English teacher while I am there and have him or her sort out my house shoe questions. It would only be fair. Maybe I could ask my sister-in-law who teaches English, but I don’t think she would actually answer me.
