Thanks to the Economic Stimulus Package so kindly given to us in order to distract us from…. well, I won’t go into that, but I did use the money to buy a king size bed, and not just any bed, but one of those memory foam suckers. After putting it in place, I realized our old headboard was woefully inadequate, so I built a new one out of stuff I had lying around the house.
I have made a slight amount of progress today by getting the comments feature working. As of now, you have to create a user and log in to leave a comment.
I had a little time to kill today before I started painting a wall in my living room and I thought I would actually start putting up a few galleries of my extra awesome photos. Here they are in all of their abbreviated glory.
Hooray, here it is. If you can’t tell, I decided to go with WordPress to manage this site. This is my first attempt at building a theme so it’s not perfect… unlike me. I plan to make changes over the next few months. I also plan to add some photo galleries. I am currently testing the NextGenGallery, but I am having one tiny little hangup with the album thumbnails. It’s getting late, so I probably won’t fix it today. Or tomorrow. Possibly Sunday.
